At Proud Stag, we take pride in delivering premium leather products crafted with care and precision. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged product, or

  • You have received a wrong item different from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, color expectations, or normal leather texture variations.


2. Return Request Timeframe

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Order Number

  • Product photos clearly showing the issue

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)


3. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer

Proud Stag reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Return Process

  1. After approval, our team will provide return shipping instructions.

  2. The product will undergo a quality inspection once received.

  3. Refund approval will be processed only after successful inspection.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details will be requested for transfer.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds will not be accepted if:

  • Product damage occurs after delivery

  • Product has been used or altered

  • Minor variations in leather texture, shade, or grain (natural characteristics of genuine leather)

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer


7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by Proud Stag only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • No shipping charges will be reimbursed otherwise.
